Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to all of the terms and policies on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy anything from us.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new “last updated” date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

What We Sell

CreatorFundz sells digital supplier information (“sources”): the contact details, links and ordering information for third-party suppliers of prop money. We do not manufacture, stock, sell or ship prop money or any other physical product.

The photos, bill counts and descriptions on each listing show what that supplier offers. They are not items shipped by CreatorFundz. The price you pay us is for the source information only. Anything you buy from a supplier is a separate purchase, at the supplier’s own prices and on the supplier’s own terms.

Supplier Disclaimer

The suppliers we list are independent third parties. They are not owned by, employed by, affiliated with or agents of CreatorFundz.

We do not control and are not responsible for any supplier’s products, pricing, stock, quality, shipping, customer service, business practices or legal compliance. Supplier details can change after you buy a source. Any order you place with a supplier, and any problem with it, is between you and that supplier.

Prop Use Policy

The suppliers we list sell prop currency meant for film, television, theater, photography, music videos and content creation. Prop money is not legal tender and has no cash value.

By buying a source from us, you agree not to use any prop money you get from a supplier to pay for anything, to deceive anyone, or to present it as real currency. Doing so is a crime. We refuse to sell to anyone who suggests using prop money this way, and we cooperate with law enforcement when required.

You also confirm that you will not alter, cut, age, bleach or otherwise modify prop money to make it look more like real currency, and that you will not pass it on to anyone you know or suspect intends to misuse it. You are responsible for following the laws where you live and where you use prop money.

Terms of Sale

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. Prices are listed in US dollars and cover source information only. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

We may cancel any order and issue a full refund before the source information is delivered, including if an order breaks our Prop Use Policy.

Delivery Policy

Source information is delivered digitally by [EMAIL / DOWNLOAD] within 30 days after your payment clears. Nothing is shipped by CreatorFundz.

If you have not received your source, check your spam folder, then email us within 30 days of purchase and we will resend it. Shipping of anything you order from a supplier is handled entirely by that supplier.

Refund Policy

Because source information is a digital product that can’t be returned once seen, all sales are final after delivery.

We will refund you if your source is never delivered, or if the supplier information was not valid at the time we delivered it and you tell us within 30 days. We cannot give refunds for anything related to a supplier’s products, prices, shipping or service. Those issues must be taken up with the supplier.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to fill your order: your name, email and order details. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

We use your information to deliver your source and answer your messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with suppliers. You contact suppliers yourself. To see or delete the information we have about you, email us.

Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse, cancel or limit any order, or close any customer relationship, at our sole discretion and for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, sharing or reselling sources, abusive behavior or breaking these terms. If we cancel a paid order before delivery, we will refund what you paid for it.

Chargebacks & Fraud

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first so we can fix it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for source information that was delivered as described is a breach of these terms.

We respond to all disputes with order, payment and delivery records. Customers who file unfounded chargebacks may be banned from future purchases, and we may pursue recovery of the disputed amount and related fees.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our source information and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not promise that any supplier will be available, will accept or fill your order, will charge any particular price, or will meet the needs of your production. It is your responsibility to check that a supplier and its products are suitable and lawful for your use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CreatorFundz and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data or production delays, arising from your use of our website, our source information, or any supplier’s products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid CreatorFundz for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CreatorFundz and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses, fines, legal fees and costs arising from your dealings with any supplier, your misuse of prop money, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that dealing with third-party suppliers carries risk, and that displaying realistic prop currency in public can cause confusion or concern. You accept full responsibility for any supplier you choose to buy from, and for how, where and to whom you display prop money, including in public places, on social media and in content you publish.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to CreatorFundz or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. Product photos may belong to the suppliers they represent. Third-party names and images shown on this site belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

Source information you buy is licensed to you for your own personal use only. You may not share, publish, post or resell it.

Other Terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms are the full agreement between you and CreatorFundz about your use of the site and your purchases.
